Beecher takes on Saint Francis of Traverse City for Class B State Championship
Lathan Goumas | MLive.com..March 24, 2012 - EMarkell Lucas of Beecher High School does a layup during the Class C Boys Basketball State Championship game against Saint Francis High School of Traverse City at the Breslin Student Event Center at Michigan State University in East Lansing on Saturday. Beecher defeated Saint Francis 74-60 winning the state title with a perfect season of 28 wins and zero loses.
