November 24, 2010 - Dale Worst (76) is greeted, as he steps off the bus, by Sharon Goumas, Executive Director of the M. E. Cox Center for Elderly Day Care in Virginia Beach, Va. The M. E. Cox Center, which has been open for 35 years, was started by a group of citizens who noticed a part of the senior population in Virginia Beach that could no longer go to the local senior center but were not yet in need of the constant care of a nursing home.
